RED STORM REMOVALS

• Arrange to give away or sell unwanted items. This may reduce your removal cost.

• Packing your cartons - Please distribute the weight evenly. Heavy cartons will break.

• Wrapping breakables - Use white paper (newspaper smudges) or allow us to pack your breakables for you at $25 per box

• Arrange carpet cleaners the day after your removal.

• Submit a final inventory at least 2 days prior to your uplift to ensure things run smoothly on the day.

• Please defrost your fridge and clean out the day prior. On delivery, let your fridge settle for an hour before switching back on. (HINT: hanging a tea bag in your fridge can prevent mould whilst in transit).

• Please pack the glass turntable in your microwave seperately to avoid damage.

• Pack special equipment like stereos, dishwashers and washing machines according to manufacturers instructions.

• We do not transport flammable goods i.e: paints, petrols, kerosenes, oils etc.

• Please dismantle any furniture that can be dismantled such as your beds.

• Take any important documentation with you. Please do not pack with your goods. This includes medicines, important papers, toiletries, passports etc.

• Check through all rooms, cupboards and storage spaces to make sure nothing is left behind the night before your uplift.

• We suggest all drawers and cupboards to be emptied. We would prefer that all loose items that can fit into a box, be packaged into a box.

• TV's - Please ensure these are unplugged and removed from wall fittings.

• Please remove all pictures / paintings / posters from the walls prior to your uplift.

• If you have arranged for a prepack - Please note we do not pack into the original boxes. We always use our own. We do not pack personal items such as underwear and personal hygiene products.

• Lastly, do one final check the night before your big day to ensure everything is packed and ready to go.
